Make Chicken Parmigiana

Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmigiana cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs.

3. In a separate shallow bowl, mix together the parmigiana cheese, breadcrumbs, and onion.

4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then into the parmigiana cheese mixture, making sure to coat each side.

5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

7. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

8. Serve hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
