Chicken Pepper Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
-1 lb ground chicken
-2 bell peppers, diced
-4 eggs
-1 cup shredded cheese
-1 lb pasta of your choice
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
3. In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
4. Add bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened.
5. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
6. Add cooked pasta and chicken mixture to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
7. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
