Chicken Potato Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place the diced potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, diced chicken, sugar, flour, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
4. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
