Make Chicken Roll

Recipe: Chicken Roll

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken slices and coat them well with the seasoning mixture.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken slices until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and BBQ sauce to create a sauce for the roll.
4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the BBQ mayo sauce on the tortilla.
5. Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cooked chicken slices, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sauce.
6. Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
8. Slice the rolled tortillas in half diagonally and serve.
