Make Chicken Saffron Pasta
Chicken Saffron Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of pasta
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons of saffron
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
4. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the carrots and apples and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Add the saffron and season with salt and pepper.
7. When the pasta is done cooking, drain it and add it to the skillet.
8. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
9. Serve the chicken saffron pasta warm. Enjoy!
