Make Chicken Tomato Pasta

Chicken Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

3. Add the garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.

6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the skillet with the chicken and tomato mixture. Stir to combine.

7. Serve the chicken tomato pasta warm. Enjoy!
