Make Chicken Tomato Pasta

Recipe Name: Chicken Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink in the center.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and let them cook down until they release their juices and start to soften.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
7. Serve the chicken tomato pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves if desired.
