Make Chicken Tomato Rice

Recipe Name: Chicken Tomato Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Stir in cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
5. Add diced tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
6. Add rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the chicken and tomatoes.
7. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
8. Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce heat to low. Let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
9. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and mix everything together.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
