Chicken Zucchini Bake

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, tomatoes, 1 cup of cheese, salt, oil, and flour. Mix until combined.

3. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Top with zucchini, chicken, remaining cheese, oregano, onion, garlic, and butter.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
