Make Chickpea and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Chickpea and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add the broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
5. Add the drained chickpeas to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
6. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
7. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
