Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for added heat
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
