Chickpea Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons gravy granules
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, condensed milk, chickpeas, and gravy granules. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
