Chili Pepper Salmon with Rice
Ingredients:
-1 cup of uncooked rice
2-3 salmon fillets
-2-3 chili peppers, diced
-1 can of diced tomatoes
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
4. Top the salmon with the diced chili peppers and diced tomatoes.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
7. Serve the salmon over the cooked rice. Enjoy!
