Chili Salami Cheese Fondue
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
- 1/2 cup of chopped salami
- 1/4 cup of chopped dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, heat the cheese, salami, chocolate, chili powder, pepper, salt, and sugar over medium heat.
2. Stir the mixture constantly until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are combined.
3. Serve the fondue warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables for dipping. Enjoy!
