Chili-Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

- 4 large pepper bell peppers
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorn
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Cut the tops off of the pepper bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

3. In a large skillet, cook the ground meat and onion over medium heat until the meat is cooked through.

4. Add the salt, peppercorn, chili powder, and mayonnaise to the skillet and mix well.

5. Spoon the mixture into the pepper bell peppers and place them in a baking dish.

6. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms.

7. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 pieces.

8. Place the dough pieces over the top of the stuffed peppers.

9. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the peppers are tender.

10. Serve warm. Enjoy!
