Chilli and Pepper Fried Egg
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle the chilli flakes over the eggs.
4. Cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
5. Serve the eggs with toast or your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
