Chilli Cheese Rice

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of rice
- 1/2 cup of minced beef
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 chilli, diced

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the minced beef. Cook until browned.

3. Add the pepper, salt, paprika, tomato and chilli and cook for a further 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine.

5. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and cook for a further 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

6. Serve hot.
