Chilli Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 chilli pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the chilli pepper and vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and salt, stirring to combine.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and the vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
