Chilli Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 chilli pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (e.g. carrots, peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the chilli pepper and vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and salt and stir to combine.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
