Chilli Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons chilli oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the chilli oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.
3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
5. Add the green onions and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
