Chilli Mushroom Rice Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of cooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons of chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the mushrooms and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the chilli powder and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the cooked rice, pasta, and salt and pepper to the skillet.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve the chilli mushroom rice pasta warm. Enjoy!
