Chilli Rice and Beans

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the beans, chilli powder, and salt. Stir to combine.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
