Chilli Sausage Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 slices of bread
2 sausages
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
2 tablespoons of ketchup

Instructions:

1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Cook the sausages until they are cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, chilli powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until the eggs are cooked through.

5. Toast the bread in a toaster or in the skillet.

6. Spread the ketchup on one slice of bread.

7. Place the cooked sausages on top of the ketchup.

8. Top with the scrambled eggs and the other slice of bread.
