Chilly Cabbage Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup of chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of diced potatoes
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the chilli flakes and stir for a few seconds.

3. Add the cabbage, tomatoes, and potatoes and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add salt to taste.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
