Recipe Name: Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup bush beans, trimmed
- 2-3 red chilis, sliced (adjust to taste)
- 4-5 pak choi leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken strips with oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, and Chinese five spice powder. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add the marinated chicken strips to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.

4. Add the bell pepper, bush beans, and red chilis to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

5. Toss in the chopped pak choi leaves and continue to cook for another minute until the leaves are wilted.

6. Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning and spiciness level by adding more soy sauce or chilis if desired.

7. Serve the Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir Fry hot over cooked rice. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful meal!
