Recipe Name: Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup bush beans, trimmed
- 1-2 red chilis, sliced (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch pak choi, chopped

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Add sliced onion, bell pepper, bush beans, and red chilis to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

5. Season the stir-fry with Chinese five spice powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

6. Finally, add the chopped pak choi to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pak choi is wilted.

7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve the Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir Fry hot over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful meal!
