Recipe Name: Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2-3 chilis, sliced
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 bunch pak choi, chopped
- 1 cup bush beans, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken breast with oyster sauce, rice wine, and Chinese five spice. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and chilis. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

3. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and stir fry for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

4. Add the chopped pak choi and bush beans to the skillet. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5. Season the stir fry with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
