Make Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup bush beans, trimmed
- 2-3 red chilis, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-5 pak choi leaves, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken breast with oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, and Chinese five spice powder. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Add the bush beans, red chilis, and minced garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
5. Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped pak choi leaves and continue to stir-fry for another minute until the leaves are wilted.
6. Serve the Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir Fry hot over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful meal!
