Recipe Name: Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup bush beans, trimmed
- 2-3 chilis, sliced (adjust to taste)
- 1 bunch pak choi, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and Chinese five spice powder. Add the sliced chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Stir in the sliced onion, minced garlic, and sliced chilis. Cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the sliced bell pepper and bush beans to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Add the chopped pak choi and toss everything together.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the pak choi is wilted and the chicken and vegetables are well coated with the sauce.
7. Serve the Chinese Five Spice Chicken Stir-Fry hot over cooked rice. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful meal!
