Chinese Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 ounces fish, diced
- 2 ounces beef brisket, diced
- 2 ounces lamb chops, diced
- 2 ounces pork ribs, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cabbage, spinach, fish, beef brisket, lamb chops, and pork ribs. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Push the rice and vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs. Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
6. Mix the eggs with the rice and vegetables.
7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
