Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chinese roast pork (char siu), thinly sliced
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and softened butter to make garlic butter.

3. Spread the garlic butter on each slice of the French baguette and place them on a baking sheet.

4. Bake the garlic bread slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are crispy and lightly golden.

5. Remove the garlic bread slices from the oven and top each slice with a few slices of Chinese roast pork.
