Recipe Name: Chinese Roast Pork on Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chinese roast pork (char siu), thinly sliced
- 1 French baguette, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, softened butter, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread the garlic butter mixture onto each slice of the baguette.

4. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is lightly toasted.

5. Remove the toasted garlic bread from the oven and top each slice with a few slices of Chinese roast pork.

6. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the roast pork is heated through.
