Blueberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal
Ingredients:
-1 cup oats
-1 cup almond milk
-1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
-2 dates, pitted and chopped
-2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil.
2. Add the oats and stir to combine.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the blueberries, dates, and chocolate chips and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked through and the blueberries are soft.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
