No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Graham Cracker Bars
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup melted butter
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 cups graham cracker crumbs
-1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
3. Add the graham cracker crumbs and stir until combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down evenly.
5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and press down lightly.
6. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
7. Cut into bars and enjoy!
