Choclo Fiambre Omelette

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked choclo
- 2 slices of fiambre, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the butter and let it melt.

3. Add the diced fiambre and cook until lightly browned.

4. Add the cooked choclo and stir to combine.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Cook until the eggs are set, about 3-4 minutes.

8. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
