Make Chocolate Apple Cake
Recipe: Chocolate Apple Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- Flour
- Sugar
- Chocolate
- 250g butter
- 2 apples
- Vanilla
- Milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, then stir into the egg mixture.
4. Gradually add flour and milk to the mixture until well combined.
5. Peel and chop the apples, then fold them into the batter along with a dash of vanilla.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
