Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
- 4 slices salami, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated gouda cheese
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 2 mini pita breads, cubed
- 2 mini bagels, cubed
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mangoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup cheese puffs
- 1/2 cup plantain chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup cooked beans
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, banana, cocoa powder, bread cubes, salami, melted butter, eggs, gouda cheese, hummus, pita cubes, bagel cubes, strawberries, mangoes, cream cheese, and chocolate chips.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together baking powder, baking soda, cheese puffs, and crushed plantain chips.
4. Spread tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. Layer pasta and beans over the tomato sauce.
6. Pour oat mixture over the pasta and beans.
7. Sprinkle cheese puff mixture over the top.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
9. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
