Recipe: Chocolate Brookie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
7. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
8. Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
9. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter in the pan, covering it completely.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
