Chocolate Cake with Beijinho

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cake dough
- 1/2 cup NINHO® powdered milk
- 1/2 cup Fleischmann whipped cream
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup NESCAU® chocolate powder
- 1/2 cup beijinho, crushed

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a large bowl, mix together cake dough, NINHO® powdered milk, Fleischmann whipped cream, baking powder, and sugar.

3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle chopped semisweet chocolate over the top.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5. Allow cake to cool completely.

6. In a small bowl, mix together NESCAU® chocolate powder and beijinho.

7. Spread the chocolate-beijinho mixture over the top of the cooled cake.

8. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
