- 8 ounces pasta (any type)
- 2 eggs
- 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 ounces cheese (such as cheddar or gouda), grated
- 2 cups mixed salad greens

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

2. Meanwhile, hard-boil the eggs. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 9-10 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cooled, peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
