Chocolate Chicken and Mango Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup cooked beansprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the mango, cucumber, beansprouts, and chocolate and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Pour in the milk and stir to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
