Chocolate Chip French Toast
Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-1/2 cup grated cheese
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup fresh milk
-1/2 cup chopped chocolate
-2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, and salt.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
4. Place the coated slices of bread in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
5. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate over the top of the French toast and cook for an additional minute.
6. Serve with fresh milk and enjoy!
