Chocolate Cornflake Cake

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a medium bowl, combine cornflakes and cocoa powder.

3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Beat in eggs one at a time until combined.

5. Add milk and baking powder and mix until combined.

6. Gradually add cornflake mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

7. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
