Make Chocolate-Covered Fruit

Chocolate-Covered Fruit

Ingredients:

-1 cup cacao beans
-1 cup cacao butter
-1/2 cup sugar
-Assorted fruit of your choice (strawberries, bananas, apples, etc.)

Instructions:

1. Place the cacao beans and cacao butter in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir until the cacao butter is melted and the cacao beans are completely broken down.

2. Add the sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved.

3. Remove the mixture from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

4. Dip the fruit of your choice into the cooled chocolate mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.

5. Place the chocolate-covered fruit on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

6. Enjoy!
