Make Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream Cake
Recipe Name: Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Creme de Avelã
- 1 cup Leite
- 200g Chocolate em Barra
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate em Pó
- 1 teaspoon Baunilha
- 1/2 cup Leite em Pó
- 1 cup Creme de Leite
- 1/2 cup Leite Condensado
- 2 cups Sorvete (flavor of your choice)
- Cauda de Chocolate
- Cauda de Morango
- Chantilly
Instructions:
1. Line a round cake pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
2. In a saucepan, heat the Creme de Avelã and Leite over low heat until well combined. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. In a separate bowl, melt the Chocolate em Barra in the microwave or using a double boiler. Stir in the Chocolate em Pó and Baunilha until smooth.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the hazelnut mixture and mix well. Add the Leite em Pó and stir until fully incorporated.
5. In a mixing bowl, whip the Creme de Leite until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the Leite Condensado until combined.
6. Spread a layer of the hazelnut-chocolate mixture on the bottom of the prepared cake pan. Top with a layer of Sorvete, then a layer of the whipped cream mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the hazelnut-chocolate mixture.
7. Cover the cake pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
8. To serve, remove the cake from the pan using the plastic wrap overhang. Drizzle with Cauda de Chocolate and Cauda de Morango, and garnish with Chantilly.
