Recipe Name: Chocolate Leche Cake

Ingredients:
- 200g chocolate
- 1 cup leche
- 100g mantequilla
- 1 cup harina
- 4 huevos
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the chocolate and mantequilla together in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the huevos and esencia de vainilla until light and fluffy.
4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the huevos, stirring constantly.
5. Gently fold in the harina until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
8. Serve the chocolate leche cake with a dusting of powdered sugar or a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
