Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse
Ingredients:
-1 cup mascarpone cheese
-1/4 cup cacao powder
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, cacao powder, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
2. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is hot and bubbly.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
4. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
5. Divide the mousse into individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
