Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup xylitol
Instructions:
1. In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and xylitol. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
3. Slowly add the melted chocolate to the mascarpone mixture, whisking until fully incorporated.
4. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
