Chocolate Oignon Soufflé
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup diced oignon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 2 ounces melted chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 6-inch soufflé dish with butter.
2. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add oignon and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, melted chocolate, and cream until combined.
4. Stir in oignon and pour mixture into prepared dish.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Serve warm.
