Chocolate Oreo Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until combined.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and fresh cream and mix until just combined.
6. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and milk chocolate chips.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
